Rolls of doughy garlic bread and a cheesy-as-can-be pizza dip all baked up in one skillet? There’s just nothing bad about that situation. This is the kind of food mash-up that ends up being better than the sum of its parts… When we serve this at parties, it’s pretty much the first thing to go.
When it comes to appetizers or snack food, we’re not looking for anything too fussy. And this all in one dip-and-dipper is right in line with those needs. It uses refrigerated biscuit dough to make quick work of the pull-apart garlic bread and the dip takes only moments to mix up.
And oh boy, is that dip cheesy. And did we mention that there’s cheese in the garlic bread as well? Yup. So much cheesiness.
The pizza flavor comes from a topping of marinara sauce, pepperoni, and a little extra cheese. That trio is certainly a winning combination, but you could totally experiment with your favorite pizza toppings here. Maybe a little ham and pineapple? Or sausage, black olives, and bell pepper? Yum.
