It seems like a logical thing, we’ve heard about breakfast burritos before, so why not breakfast enchiladas? And these fillings! We can practically smell the eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage … then can we top them with a little green sauce, sour cream, and diced tomatoes?
Oh yeah, is this good! But just how good was it, really? How about – incredible!
And what a nice presentation, all lined up in their pan, topped with cheese … Did we mention we love cheese? Top ‘em off with some bacon bits before cooking and we are in Heaven, my friends!
