I have been updating some of the lamps in my home recently, which is kind of an expensive task. Lamps and shades do not come cheap. A few weeks ago, I decided to try and update the lamps I already had. I spray painted the base of an old lamp and bought an expensive drum shade…it was blah. Then I decided to try something else. I grabbed a sharpie marker and some vinyl and gave my boring old lampshade a whole new look!
