This Cheesecake Is Downright Addictive…Don’t Say We Didn’t Warn You!
Around here, we’re big fans of all things berry, and we’re always looking for ways to add berries to our favorite recipes, from light and refreshing salads and rich and hearty desserts. And with cheesecake being one of our favorite desserts, we couldn’t wait to try this recipe that combines both! This smooth and creamy cheesecake is a little different than the cheesecake you’re probably used to because it uses lemon, which just adds to the tart and tangy flavor. It also has a buttery graham cracker crust, and the whole thing’s topped off with plenty of decadent blueberries. Yum!
Even better, this cheesecake is really quick and easy to make. Just bake the crust, and then whip together all of the ingredients for the cheesecake itself. All you have to do is let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, and then top it with the blueberries and serve. This is the perfect dessert to make when you don’t want to spend a lot of time in a hot kitchen. Plus, once it’s chilled it’s incredibly light and refreshing. Yum!
