I have fallen in love with chocolate dipped cheesecake bites. Nobody tell my husband.
So, it was a blizzard outside and my entire family was stuck in the house. No school and no work. We tend to get a bit of cabin fever under these circumstances. So, what did we do? We made chocolate dipped cheesecake bites of course! My youngest son insisted that we all dress up as chef’s while we made the treats. My husband wasn’t playing along with these shenanigans but the rest of us did. I even drew a tiny mustache on my upper lip. I looked like a French baker.
Our chocolate dipped cheesecake bites turned out great! Actually, they are probably the best dessert I’ve ever gotten from Melady Cooks.

Did we like the flavors? Oh my, too delicious! The nice tang of a baked cheesecake coated in silky milk chocolate was a huge success! Totally worth all of the work, which wasn’t that much really. I like to dip chocolates so it was easy for me. On one of the blogs they simply spread out the bites and drizzled the chocolate over them and that looked kind of good too.
