Ingredients
For the Cake:
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted (I used Land O’Lakes)
For the Cinnamon Topping:
1 cup very soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
2 tbs flour
For the Glaze:
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4-7 tbs milk or cream
My family and I have no problem finishing off a dessert like this fairly quickly. If you think that it may take a few “tries” to finish this off, or if you prefer a bit of a thinner topping, you may want to consider reducing the amount of butter in it. I actually like a bit of “candy” running through the cake, but if that isn’t your thing, just lighten it up a bit by reducing the butter. Enjoy!
