Apricot and White Chocolate Balls

These apricot and white chocolate balls or as my husband calls them, snow balls, are very easy to make and so delicious. Here’s my recipe.

You’ll Need:

200 g of finely chopped dried apricots.
100 g of grated white chocolate.
½ tin of sweetened condensed milk.
¼ cup of icing sugar.
¾ cup of desiccated coconut.
1 tsp of grated orange rind.
Extra coconut to roll.

How to:

This is one of the easiest delights I’ve ever made.
All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate covered overnight.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and form into small balls about the size of a walnut and roll into coconut.

Keep the balls in the refrigerator until serving time.
Enjoy!
