Barge Pie

My best desserts are those with so many layers! You can enjoy each layer with it’s unique taste! Check out my barge pie, it will take your breath away!

You’ll Need (for the 1st layer):

1 heaping cup of graham crackers crumbs.
¼ cup of melted unsalted butter.
¼ cup of sugar.

For the 2nd layer:

1 package of softened cream cheese.
½ scant cup of powdered sugar.
½ large tub of cool whip.
1 tsp of pure vanilla.
½ cup of all natural creamy peanut butter.

For the 3rd layer:

1 package of instant chocolate pudding.
2 cups of milk.

For the 4th layer:

½ large tub of cool whip.

How to:

In an 8×8 pan press down the 1st layer ingredients after you mix them all together.

Mix together the ingredients of the second layer and spread over the crust.

Mix the pudding according to the package instructions with 2 cups of milk and pour over the 2nd layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Spread the cool whip over the 3rd layer and sprinkle heath bits over the top or any other topping you like.

Place in the fridge until ready to serve and Enjoy!
