Kitchen Accomplice Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth Concentrate

First 3 ingredients: Chicken stock, sea salt, maltodextrin
Concentrate/Water Ratio: 2 tsp/1 cup
Servings per container: 28
Sodium per Tsp of Concentrate: 240mg
Color: Deep golden
Smell: Odd musky odor, not very appealing
Taste: More chicken flavor than Knorr but has a strong celery flavor; oddly enough, it was the lowest in sodium and tasted the saltiest.

Overall Rating: Not recommended. Murky flavor didn’t mix well in pan sauces.

All Natural Better Than Bouillon Reduced Sodium Chicken Base

First 3 Ingredients: Chicken meat with natural juices, salt, organic cane juice solids
Concentrate/Water Ratio: 1 tsp/1c
Servings per Container: 38
Sodium per Tsp of Concentrate:  500mg
Color: pale, lemon yellow
Smell: Appealing chicken smell, more like real broth; most discernible chicken flavor; a bit salty
