Creamy Dreamy Lemon Pie

We’ve all tasted how good cheesecakes are right ? This recipe is similar to cheesecake in it’s own way! It’s very simple and easy to make and it tastes like heaven! Check it out.

You’ll Need:

8 whole graham crackers.
3 tbsps of butter.
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk.
2 large eggs.
½ cup of fresh lemon juice.
1 tbsp of lemon zest.
Whipped cream (optional).

How to:

Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor to crush them then place them in a small bowl and mix in the butter to moisten.
In a 9 inch pie plate, press the graham mixture and freeze.
Cream together the condensed milk and eggs, add in lemon juice and zest and beat until well combined. Pour the mixture over the crust.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 15 minutes.
