Meatloaf is one of those staple meals that we all probably cook at least once or twice a month. Typically, a basic meatloaf recipe is very easy to make and does not require many ingredients. I know that my mother’s recipe was always very good and when she taught me how to make it when I was a young girl I was surprised that something that tasted so good was so simple to toss together. My mom would sometimes use ground beef mixed with ground turkey or ground venison. Yum!
The recipe that we are checking out today is for an easy Amish meatloaf. Folks, when I say easy I mean easy! I can’t believe how succulent this meatloaf turned out when I made it the other day.
There’s nothing special about this meatloaf other than it is super simple to make and there are a few surprise ingredients lurking inside. I do have to say that this recipe is almost as good as my moms ?
I have bene following my mother’s meatloaf recipe for years. I mean, it’s pretty much the best meatloaf I’ve ever had in my life but even awesome tasting recipes can become boring after you’ve made them 5o times.
