Ingredients
1½ cups Greek yogurt
1 cucumber
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 TBS chopped dill (mint or parsley)
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Peel and grate the cucumber, remove the middle part where the seeds are.
Sprinkle some salt on the grated cucumber, let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze the water out with your hands.
Combine the grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
Add more salt, if needed.
Serve with pita bread.
