I personally have pancakes 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast. I find them so good and delicious. Today, i’m presenting you a simple and easy recipe for vegan pancakes.
You’ll Need:
1 1/2 cups of white spelt flour.
1 1/2 tbsp. of baking powder.
1 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk ( I prefer unsweetened coconut milk).
3 tbsp. of organic cane sugar.
3 tbsp. of organic canola oil.
1/8 tsp. of salt.
Vegan buttery spread for pan.
How to:
In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Add in the wet ingredients and let the batter rise for 5 minutes.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt a tbsp of vegan buttery spread then spoon the batter into the pan. It will take about 5 minutes to cook, the edges will be golden brown.
Once golden, flip the pancakes and cook for another 3 minutes.
You can serve these pancakes worm with some vegan buttery spread and syrup.
Very easy and simple to make, so light and delicious and you can use any topping you like.
