Make Alkaline Water To Combat Fatigue, Digestion Issues and Even Cancer

Make Alkaline Water To Combat Fatigue, Digestion Issues and Even Cancer

Follow me on Mama guide recipes

Even though the pH level of our bodies is supposed to be alkaline, most of us are dealing with highly acidic bodies nowadays.

This is ‘thanks’ to many levels, whether it’s environmental ones, stress-caused ones or ones which have to do with our daily diets.

But we need to seriously consider lowering our acidity levels since the higher the acidity pH level is, the more health problems we are prone to developing, such as issues with digestion, constant fatigue and even unwanted weight gain.

But that’s not the worst part. If one’s body remains in an overly acidic state, then one’s healthy cells become toxic, and sometimes even cancerous!

Let’s Get More Into Detail

We already mentioned that the perfect environment for our bodies is slightly alkaline. But what does that mean, exactly?

Well, it means the ideal pH level is 7.4 You see, on the pH scale, 0 is most acidic, 7 is neutral and 14 is most alkaline).

Still, it’s not all that simple. There are certain parts, systems and organs in our bodies which thrive best at certain pH levels.

To give you a few examples, the average pH level for your skin is 5, and for your saliva it is somewhere between 6.5 and 7.

That’s because the saliva needs to be more acidic so it can aid in the digestion of the food you take in.

A 2006 study published by the International Journal of Cosmetic Science claims that the ideal pH level of the skin should be faintly lower, ranging from 4.5 to 4.

The reason for this is due to the fact that in this environment, the beneficial bacteria without which we cannot do without, thrives best on one’s skin.

The beneficial bacteria helps our skin heal from various damage and also aids us in our battle against any infections.

As for your digestive tract, the ideal pH environment has a tendency to vary. It can range from 1.5 to 7, under the constant influence of the food we consume.

The Importance of an Alkaline Environment

We already made it clear that the food we put in ourselves has a great influence on the body’s pH level, and that means our health in general.

Back in 1931, Dr.  Otto Warburg discovered that as much as 90 to 90% of cancer is due to our bodies having constantly high acidic levels.

He also claimed that the cancer cells find it impossible to thrive or even survive in an alkaline environment (a pH level of 7.6). This got him a Nobel Prize in Physiology (Medicine).

And ever since that discovery, many other studies have followed. They have tested the pH levels on many drinks and food, as well as the way our body reacts to them.

The truth is plain and simple: what we take in has a very strong effect (either positive –alkaline, or negative-acidic) on our pH levels.

Dr. Otto Warburg had explained that over-acidity (also called acidosis) is not only related to the formation of cancer, but to many other diseases and ailments as well.

Some of which include: heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and practically any modern chronic disease we know of.

How Can You Tell if Your Body is Overly Acidic?

There are 2 simple methods to find out such a thing. The first one is through saliva using a pH paper. You should definitely consider doing this if you have the following symptoms:

  • Muscle pain and cramps after only walking for a short time
  • Constant wheezing and loss of breath
  • Often feeling worn-out and fatigued
  • Frequently feeling like you are lacking sufficient air

Should the pH levels in our body drop, it goes into self-recovery mode in which it tries to store acidic substances in our kidneys, liver and lungs.

This is all in the attempt of our organism to restore the optimal 7,35-7,45 pH.

But here’s the bad news: at some point or another, those excess acidic substances will begin attacking our healthy cells, thus making them toxic, sick and otherwise damaging them.

And if such a problem is not fixed fast enough, then there is the real danger that those damaged cells will grow and spread to your other organs.

This is the way they metastasize.

Our Modern-Day Diets are Too Acidic

In the 21st century, humanity has gotten used to consuming substances such as sugar, caffeine and alcohol on a daily basis.

Not to mention highly-processed foods. These 4 factors, along with some others, contribuite to the overly-acidic pH levels most of us have to deal with sooner or later.

The other factors can be things like additives, pesticides and growth hormones are not helping matters in the least.

And in this day and age, they are almost unavoidable. But before you fall into despair, there is something you can do.

Besides for the obvious solution of changing your diet for the better and making sure to quit any unhealthy habits, there is also a drink you can make yourselves which should help alkalize your body’s pH levels.

It is alkaline water and we’d like to show you how to make it. It is not hard in the least and the favor you’ll be doing your body in detoxifying it is well worth it.

After all, as much as 70% of our bodies consist of water, so once you bring it back on track by alkalizing it, it will also reach homeostasis.
