I love having pancakes for breakfast. With some jam, or chocolate it’s a good way to start the day! Check out my old fashioned pancakes!
You’ll Need:
1 ½ cups of all purpose flour.
3 ½ tsps of baking powder.
1 tsp of salt.
1 tbsp of white sugar.
3 tbsps of melted butter.
1 egg.
1 ¼ cups of milk.
How to:
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix in the melted butter, egg and milk and whisk until well combined. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, spray it with cooking spray and pour about ¼ cup of the batter to make a pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and cook until golden from both sides.
Continue with the rest of the batter.
Simple, easy and yummy! These pancakes are very easy to make, I love having them while still warm. Give it a try, you will love it!
