Once A Week Soak The Feet In Vinegar, And You Are Going To Heal Yourself From Many Diseases

USE IT FOT SOAK FOR ATHLETE’S FOOT

Mix same amount of warm water and ACV in some basin to relieve athlete’s foot. Soak your feet in it for around 10-15 minutes. Do this detox treatment every day for a period of 10 days and you will definitely notice the difference.

USE IT FOR SMELLY FEET

Ti get rid of smelly feet you should do a detox to your feet by soaking them into a foot basin where you have mixed two parts of water and one part of ACV. You can also add some drop of thyme essential oil into it, as it is very effective in neutralizing the body odor. Soak the feet in it for around 15-20 minutes a day.

In case you cannot find thyme essential oil, use baking soda instead. Baking soda is famous for its possibility to neutralize smells, not just the bodily, but in the fridge, carpet, and the entire home. Add 4 cups of water, 1 and a half cup of soda, and 4 cups of ACV and soak your feet for 15 – 20 min.

USE IT FOR CALLUSES AND WARTS

The acidity of ACV has exfoliating properties which is making it the perfect ingredient for removing calluses and warts. If you want to successfully treat calluses and warts, you can make a foot basin of hot just water and soak the feet in it for around 5 minutes. After that, you need to empty the bowl and add enough apple vinegar to soak the feet. Keep them soaked for around 15 minutes and dry thoroughly after that.

If you want to make a treatment overnight, soak one cotton pad in this vinegar and stick it to the wart with a bandage.

USE IT FOR DRY FEET

For a very effective treatment for dry feet, you need to soak your feet in ACV for a period of 45 minutes. The bath naturally exfoliates your skin and it also helps loosen up the dry areas. After the soak, you should gently scrub the dry areas with a pumice stone and moisturize them. Your feet will become soft and smooth in a very short period!
