I don’t know about you guys and gals but I’m a HUGE meatball lover. I love making them in a variety of ways ranging from Italian to cheese-stuffed. And don’t even get me started on classic spaghetti and meatballs. Yum!
I was searching some different ways to make meatballs the other day and I came across these yummy bubble biscuit meatballs. I think my jaw must have hit the floor! Can you imagine?
Meatballs stuffed inside of puffy biscuits in casserole form? I thought this recipe was too good to be true until I made them for myself. You guys, this casserole turned out fantastically!
I can’t even begin to describe how good it was. The biscuits are soft and pillowy while the meatballs are juicy and tender. Talk about a yumfest!
We ate this bake for dinner but I also think it would make a wonderful appetizer as well. We also had it during the big Sunday football game. Make sure to serve this casserole with a variety of sauces like ranch dressing, marinara sauce, and garlic butter. Enjoy!
