Ingredients
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup Daisy sour cream
1 stick Land O’ Lakes butter, melted
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Add 1 – 4 oz can of chopped green chilis and some red pepper flakes if you like it with a little KICK!
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13″ casserole dish.
Mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
