My address sign was falling apart and ruining my curb appeal. I decided to make my own inexpensive address sign! It was surprisingly simple and this is how you can achieve the same look.

Start with a pallet board cut from a pallet or from a craft store.

Using cheesecloth, add some Weathered Oak stain to weather it a bit. I also added some white chalk paint in smudges with a layer of antique wax on top to add dimension. Use your discretion in how much to add.

Screw the numbers right onto the board and attach the board to the house. I attached mine to the post on the porch! It looks very rustic and works for the look I was going for! Check out the full tutorial at http://www.mommystoolbelt.com/make-your-own-ad…s-sign-for-cheap
