When it’s hot out, so hot that you can barely stand it, all we crave are frozen treats to cool us down. And if you feel the same way, but you’re looking to keep your frozen treat calorie intake to a minimum, then you’re going to fall for this ridiculously simple 1-ingredient idea.
Cool Off With 1-Ingredient, No Fuss Watermelon Sorbet
All you need is some seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed. Here’s what you do to make an almost too-good-to-be-true watermelon sorbet without any added ingredients:
- Arrange your cubes of watermelon on a 9″x13″ baking sheet in one even layer. Then, put that baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, allowing watermelon to freeze completely.
- Remove the tray from the freezer. Then, in about 4 batches or so, add watermelon to your food processor and puree until completely smooth.
