- As you go, empty the puree into a loaf pan, packing down and evening out the sorbet with a spatula or wooden spoon. Continue until all the watermelon is pureed and the loaf pan(s) is fully packed.
- Place the loaf pan(s) in the freezer for another hour or two. When you’re ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer, allow to sit on the counter for about 5 minutes, then scoop out into bowls with an ice cream scooper. Yum!
My husband and I LOVED this watermelon sorbet. We especially loved the fact that it was perfectly sweet without having any extra sugar added. It certainly satisfies the craving for a frozen treat without packing on the calories, so we count that as a major win!
