Slow Cooker Pear Sauce
You’ll Need
12 pears, peeled and chopped
1/2 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 T. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. Maple Extract
How To
First, prepare the pears, peel and chop them into small pieces.
Mix the pears with cinnamon, ginger, sugar, water, lemon juice, pinch of salt, and maple extract in a bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are combined together.
Cook covered for 5 to 7 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.
Blend using a immersion blender or a food processor to the consistency you like.
