It seems like at least once a week, I find myself aimlessly searching through my fridge, freezer, and pantry for something to make for dinner. After coming up empty-handed, we usually just order out. The problem is, it’s so very frustrating because I know I have the ingredients to make something, I just don’t know what to do with what I have. That was the case anyway until I found this ground beef casserole recipe on Group Recipes.
It was like it was written by someone who was standing in my kitchen. As I checked off items down the list, I was amazed to discover I had everything I needed to whip this up for dinner. I got to work right away, and it was done pretty quickly.
My family and I sat down to a nice dinner and friendly conversation instead of grabbing a spot on the couch and shoveling in fast food. It was a nice change. With all the compliments given on this dish, I’m sure I will be making it plenty more in the future.
