You should choose the right time to drink lemon juice for your health. Drink a glass of warm lemon juice mixed with a bit of honey in the morning. You can also this in the afternoon. Avoid drinking lemon juice before going bedtime, as that is not good for your kidneys.

The are many benefits of lemon juice, yet few people drink it often. Simply, squeeze a half of lemon into a warm or cool water and drink it at once.
