This is a great recipe for the entire family to enjoy and you cane easily serve it up at your next BBQ in case someone has a wheat or gluten allergy.

Here Is What You Need To Grab To make Your Cheeseburger Casserole
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped dill pickles
½ cup water
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups shredded American cheese (6 oz)
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sesame seed
Directions To Follow:
Step One: Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in pickles, water, ketchup, mustard and pepper.
Step Two: Spoon beef mixture into 11×7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step Three: Unroll dough; press into 12×8-inch rectangle. Cut into 6 squares; place on top of cheese.
Step Four: Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Step Five: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Spice up the casserole filling when you add a small can of chopped chipotle chiles.
I always add Worcestershire Sauce into the mix when I cook hamburgers because I like the saltiness. You can do this trick if you want a smoky-kick. Also, just a dab or two of bitters can really add some spice.
