Now that the holidays are over (Happy 4th of July everyone!) and you’ve gotten your fair share of foods which are practically devoid of nutrients (but make up for it by being high in sugar, carbs, and fats) it’s time to get back on the healthy track.

Recipe for the Maha Detox
This soup is also a great way to detox thanks to the vegetables high in nutrients as well as the Ayurvedic spices which are both nourishing and detoxifying.
This is a fairly simple recipe and only takes about 40 minutes. Just make sure to skip out on any oils as this is a detox recipe. Don’t worry; you won’t feel a difference as the soup is so rich and most certainly not lacking in flavors.

3 Simple Rules:
- It is of utmost importance to get fresh veggies
- Your home-made veggie stock should also be fresh
- Your Ayurvedic spices should be perfectly blended
