What we eat is the most important part of our complete lifestyle. Many people fight obesity these days. Today’s article is going to focus on a diet recommended by a European cardiologist who is very famous. The main source of proteins in it are eggs. Organic would be the best. Try to find organic vegetables and fruits as well. Make sure they’re fresh, too. If you exercise regularly while you’re on this diet, you’ll manage to lose more than 15 pounds!
It’s an extremely simple diet! The breakfast should be equal every day: take a piece of any fruit that you prefer! Just make sure you don’t use grapes nor bananas! A good option is a cup of blackberries or blueberries because they contain an abundance of antioxidants.
First Day
Lunch: Consume an orange along with an egg and a cup of yoghurt.
Dinner: Eat a bowl of lettuce (small) or ½ a cucumber, 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes and 2 pieces of toast.
