Second Day

Dinner: Take an orange, a piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea but without sugar and 125 grams of red meat.
Third Day
Lunch: Consume 1 cucumber, a boiled egg and 1 orange.
Dinner: Take 1 orange, a piece of toast, a cup of tea or coffee but without sugar and 125 grams of red meat which is cooked.
Fourth Day
Lunch: Consume an orange, a piece of toast and cottage cheese (125 grams).
Dinner: Make sure it’s equal with day number 3.
Fifth Day
Lunch: Consume a tomato, a piece of toast and cooked fish or meat (200 grams).
Dinner: Take ½ a pound of vegetables that you’ll cook: peas, carrots and potatoes.
Use the diet for 5 days. After that, rest for 2 days. After that, you can start using it again. The cooking of the vegetables should be done with no salt at all! Alcohol is forbidden! If you have any health issue, consult your doctor whether you can use this diet or not!
