Blueberry crumble bars are super delicious you guys. And get this, they are insanely easy to make! I love making desserts like this and taking it to potluck dinners.
You can easily double this recipe if you need too. My mom used to make these blueberry squares all the time when I was growing up but I think she called hers blueberry buckle or something. Maybe I’m thinking of a completely different recipe. who knows haha!

Blueberries are such a wonderful treat that nature gives us. They have a different taste than other berries like strawberries and raspberries. Blueberries are cool and sweet and very mild in the tart department. I often enjoy going to the farm down the road from my house and picking blueberries. The Amish man and woman that live there let the public come pick berries for a fee and I do it every year.
These blueberry squares are topped with a buttery sweet crumble that can’t be beaten! My kids often pick the topping off and eat it separately from the rest of the bar because they like it so much. I don’t blame them.
