Mayonnaise is a favorite food for many people because of its yummy taste and it goes well with almost anything. You can use it as a salad addition or include it in your meal.

But, the mayonnaise found in the stores, goes a huge processing before it is ready for consumption, and this is the reason why it is considered as very unhealthy.
