Winter is coming! It’s time to take notes of all the soup recipes for our cold dinners! This is a taco soup I used to make for dinner. It’s very simple and it doesn’t take time to prepare. Check it out!
You’ll Need:
1 (12 oz) can of V8.
1 package of taco seasoning mix.
1 can of corn.
1 can of dark red kidney beans.
1 can of diced or stewed tomatoes or chunky salsa.
How to:
First drain and rinse the beans.
In a large saucepan, mix together the V8, corn, beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning mix and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
You can serve this with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream or whatever you like.
Bonne Appétit!
