3-Ingredient Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of pure apple juice (organic)
- 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice (organic)
- 1 tsp. of ginger juice (organic)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 a cup of filtered water (lukewarm)
Instructions:
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a jug and give it a good stir! Consume one glass on an empty stomach each morning.
Consume two more large glasses with and after your midday meal. Drink yet another two glasses in the evening around 6-7 PM.
It is best to drink 5 large glasses (or 8 smaller ones) throughout the day. That way, the benefits will be most apparent.
This cleanse is only meant to last for one day, no more.
And lastly, a word of caution: it is always a good idea to consult with your doctor before drink this or any other detox recipe, especially if you happen to be allergic, pregnant, diabetic or any other condition you’re not sure about.
