Gnocchi has been my baby lately. It only takes 2 minutes to make. So when I don’t have leftovers from the night before for lunch, I throw on some water to boil, eat my breakfast, throw in the gnocchi pack the rest of my lunch, and then drain. I add it to my Tupperware, then I add in some pesto. Voila! The easiest and tastiest lunch ever.
